Steps to start selling tickets for your event online

  2. Create an organization
  3. Create your events and tickets
  4. Share the ticket link on your social media, email & whatsapp and that's IT!!!
  5. Customers can also find & buy your tickets on the Tujenge pay ticket selling page.
How To Sell Tickets
After creating your tickets and posting the link on social media, customers will click the
link which will lead them to a payments and ticket download page. We support direct
MPesa payments. After paying for the ticket(s), your customers will download their
tickets easily in PDF form.
Track Your Sales

Using your Tujenge Pay Dashboard, you will be able to;

  1. Track number of tickets purchased
  2. Get phone numbers, names and M-Pesa details of payers.
  3. Withdraw payments instantly to your bank account.
  4. Export Payment records to excel or PDF for accounting purposes.
On the Event Day
On the event day, you can verify all tickets simply using a Q.R code scanner app,
or using our unique ticket numbers on the tickets.

We charge only 5% of the cost of each ticket.
